Mad House is the product of four talented and dedicated individuals and their love of music.
The musical tastes and influences of Randy, Steve,Shannon and Kenny are widely varied and
span decades of time. Through this variation Mad House has developed a musical experience
that will please a wide variety of listeners.

Randy Johnson - Lead Vocals/Rhythm Guitar
Randy grew up listening to such bands as "April Wine",
"The Cars", and ".38 Special". He picked up the guitar
in 1982 and soon after he started playing with the
local band "Nemesis", based in Ohio. While in the band
he mastered the art of creating his own music and
lyrics. He has sharpened his vocal stylings over the
years, using his voice in broadcast radio all over the
Tri-State area and is currently the morning show
co-host for the largest station in Charleston, 97.5
WQBE.

Steve Lister - Bass/Backing Vocals
Steve has been playing professionally for almost 25
years. He has played in most of the fairs and
regattas, private parties, weddings, and clubs in the
Tri-State area. His musical influences vary from
country to rock. With such a wide range of styles he
provides a solid bottom for the rest of the band. He
prides himself in creating a unique style of his own and
working hard to get the sound "right". His #1 goal is
have the best rock band in the Tri-State area playing
the music he grew up listening to and just having, "A
Plain 'Ol Groovin' Time!"

Shannon was born in 1964 in Ashland Ky. He got his
first drum set at 5 years old and began playin many
different types of music. Shannon grew up listening
and playing hard rock, blues, funk, and country.

recorded with several national acts throughout his
